About the built-in Help features

As you use Network Magic, you will see special links that can provide you with specific information for your current situation.

For example, if you click a device in the network map, Network Magic displays the following link as a task:

Contact manufacturers

Click the link and Network Magic opens this Help to a list of popular equipment manufacturers where you can find contact information for the device (for example, how to contact technical support).

In other situations, Network Magic includes this type of link so you can simply learn more:

Open standard Windows programs using Help

To help you quickly complete steps, you can simply click a button in the Network Magic Help—the Help you are reading now—to open standard Microsoft Windows programs.

Instead of the hassle of finding programs in the Windows Start menu, you can open programs that include Windows Explorer and a DOS command prompt, and Windows Control Panel items (for example, power options and sounds settings).
